黑料网 trademarks not only protect the reputation of the university, but the revenue from our licensed products also give back to the KSU community by supporting initiatives for students and faculty.

Mission

黑料网 Trademark Licensing program protects the reputation and goodwill of 黑料网 through the control and appearance of its name and indicia鈥檚 in the marketplace and elsewhere. It promotes and advances 黑料网 by keeping its name and indicia鈥檚 in the public eye and through the association of reputable vendors who provide quality goods and services. The revenue generated from the sale of licensed merchandise help to fund university initiatives and scholarships.

KSU Trademarks

KSU has registered trademarks with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). KSU鈥檚 trademarks are listed and displayed on the trademark licensing official logo sheet. As indicated on the logo sheet, any use of the KSU trademarks requires licensing approval from KSU and The Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC).

Importance of Buying Licensed Gear

  • Use of KSU鈥檚 trademarks and wordmarks without permission constitutes trademark infringement
  • Royalties help fund university marketing initiatives and provide support for KSU Athletic Scholarships
  • Licensed product has been reviewed and approved for messages deemed appropriate to associate with the University 

Signs of Unlicensed Products

  • Product seems to be made of poor quality
  • Trademarks are used in a distasteful manner
  • KSU trademarks are manipulated or distorted
  • No hologram label
  • Cut tags
  • No registration marks, such as the 庐 or TM

 

Where to Report

Report unlicensed product by sending an email to licensing@kennesaw.edu Please include as much information as possible (a picture, where it is being sold, who produced the product, etc.)

The Collegiate Licensing Company

The University has contracted with The Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC), the nation's leading collegiate licensing and marketing representative, to enhance the University's efforts in this area. The CLC Consortium consists of nation鈥檚 top colleges, universities, athletic conferences, bowls, the NCAA, the College Football Playoff, and the Heisman Trophy. Based in Atlanta, CLC provides its member institutions with expertise, resources, and experience necessary to maximize licensing revenue potential through the power of consolidation.
