黑料网 to Join the Collegiate Recovery Program

The Collegiate Recovery Program (CRP) is designed to help support students as they develop in recovery, academically, and other areas of life. The CRP is not a clinical treatment program; rather it is a peer-to-peer recovery program based on social support models. Participants voluntarily agree to respect the confidentiality of others and commit to creating a safe space that is rooted in the principles of recovery.  

Program Eligibility

  • 黑料网 enrollment/acceptance  
  • Minimum of six months of abstinence from alcohol and other drugs and/or process addictions
  • Interview with CRP staff  

Commitment to CRP requirements:  

  • Abide by the standards outlined in the CRP Commitment Contract  
  • Attend weekly seminar  
  • Attend bi-weekly Community Meeting  
  • Attend recovery-informed academic advising at CYAAR each semester  
  • Active participation in a twelve-step recovery program or other recovery program

Students who do not currently meet the requirements for program eligibility should still reach out for more information about resources and support services available. Many of the resources at CYAAR are available without application to the Collegiate Recovery Program. Students do not have to wait until they complete the application to meet with a CYAAR staff member.

Addiction Recovery Counseling

  • Individual weekly therapy

Addictive Disorder Assessments

  • Evidence-based measurement and motivational interviewing
  • Determination of primary/secondary addictive disorders
  • Behavioral addiction assessment

Referrals and Recommendations for Treatment

  • Referral to on-campus recovery support
  • Referral to community-based supports
  • Referral to medical and psychiatric Care
  • Referral to in-patient, out-patient, and transitional Care

Non-Clinical Recovery Supports

  • Recovery coaching  
  • Peer-to-peer and staff-facilitated support meetings  
  • Engagement with larger peer support community
