 To save visitors frustration on the rare occasions when the course examples are DOWN this page will be red colored background and have a post as soon as possible if troubles occur: 03/31/04 course re-opened for enrolled and coded students after 72 hr. downtime due to unexpected address change at main server.

Actual course changed (04/22/05) to an encrypted Pdf format and moved to a different site, thus this page contains outlines and examples links.

New for 2005, the course includes (not listed in sample indexes) DVD Video disk file for Lab training (manual methods and streaming video examples of scan images) PLUS Standards of Care as published to Insurance Representatives in a face to face 4 hour meeting April 2004!  If asked: "Are you Trained & Certified as such by the U.S. Patent holder?"  Make sure you can answer YES, and show proof!  (Remember JURIES LOVE Ultrasound Spine Scan, but make sure your images and reports meet the standards.) (The preceding statement is not meant to imply acceptance of the standards by any/all insurance companies, just the fact that these standards of care for ultrasound spine imaging have been presented to insurance representatives for their review and consideration:)
