ENTRANCE FEES AND PROCESS OF SIGN UP for the on-line course:

UPDATE 04/22/05 The on-line course continues to dynamically improve by response to suggestions from the first 100 students:  Development is dynamic and Beta positions may still be available but availability will depend upon continued development dynamics:  A Beta student takes the course for certification at a reduced fee in consideration of patience and communications if a page is unclear linguistically or a program function does not work properly.  Beta students help perfect the course for others to enjoy fully.   Please call if interested in a usual position at usual fee levels or a Beta position at reduced fee levels. 507-281-4040 M,T,W,Fri (USA)

#1.     Action step #1 An "intent" fee of $750 (see above to purchase online by credit card) is required to gain access to the on-line course:  Your agreed upon fee should be sent to CCQAS, (Conservative Care Quality Assurance Services, P.O.Box 1116, Hayfield, Minnesota 55940:  (Our main data processing and publications center.)

#2.  Please include a simple photo of the student and all pertinent communications numbers such as telephone, fax, E-mail and best times to call during any busy office day:

#3.    A SHORT CURRICULUM VITAE ALSO IS REQUIRED FOR OUR FILES:

(This is requested simply so we know basically what background the student has,

the student will be a Doctor or operating under a Doctor's license, so we can afford to

be fairly liberal about pre-requisites:)

Once the intent fee has been received (certified check or money order PLEASE to speed access) the student will be:

A.    Mailed textbooks and

B.   Given access through Personal passphrase & I.D. to the course through the main index listing ON-LINE:

The on-line course is based upon NEW textbooks by the U.S. Patent holder, Dr. Reid, as well as on-line hints, notes, and graphics:  The student or sponsoring doctor will receive a set of special WEB oriented textbooks to help long term references and immediate study.  Slice Anatomy and Technicians Manual are included as well as other pertinent texts all in the special "W" editions for the Web oriented course work.

The on-line part of the course is locked and encrypted such that print-outs are denied, copy and pastes are denied, and the student will be required to take hand notes just as he or she might if sitting in classes.  Student manipulations of the course will be tracked and copyright violation atempts may result in denial of further access.  Once tuition is received textbooks will be mailed (U.S. Mail) and a smooth working almost invisible seamless encryption decoder key will be enabled for the student computer with the above listed limits as part of the decoder content.  Only one key computer per student will be permitted.

These copyright protective terms are the firm terms of the on-line course offering.

The course owner reserves the right to suspend the course at any time and for any period of time if attempts to circumvent these terms from students or outside sources are detected, with suspension until such time as the copyright protections and ownership protections are re-secured.

Certificate of Certification in Proficiency from the U.S. Patent holder & the Institute:

Certification can be received after mail in of a single patient three region exam or three regions one for each of three patients for quality assurance review.  If the examinations reasonably meet quality assurance standards a certificate will be issued to the student.  In the event correction is needed a second examination will be reviewed at a reasonable charge by Dr. Reid or staff .  When clinical efficacy has been demonstrated on the long distance independent images mailed in for review and critiques, a beautiful certificate is issued for proficiency rating as from the United States Patent holder & The Institute for Spinal Ultrasound Imaging.  Certified examiners are then entered in the ISUI    Log book for future lego medical reference by inquiring parties.  Interpretations doctors and radiologists should mail in a three region set of images with their respective reports (one per region) so the reports may be critiqued and corrected if necessary. Certified interpretation doctors are then entered in the ISUI  Log book as certified interpreters for future lego medical reference by inquiring parties.

ultrasound)

E-mail soniclin@aol.com   Tele: Data Center:  507-477-2277,  Fax 507-477-2278

If already somewhat experienced with ultrasound machine systems (and tuition paid) you may skip to the detailed information you need by following the outline and clicking on the link at the end of each topic.

Note:* I especially emphasize that you should NOT SKIP the safety section since there are important critical areas of knowledge in these sections (like why do most machines have a ground KNOB on the rear if there is a ground prong on the electrical plug?)

Work pages of keys/hints are not designed to print-out or copy once downloaded so please take notes yourself just like you were in class.
